A coal moisture control processor which prevents generation of coal stuck to an inner portion of the dryer by increasing the temperature of a carrier gas according to a moisture content of raw material coal, thereby constantly maintaining the temperature within a dryer is provided. A coal moisture control processor comprises: a feeder(10) for transferring and feeding raw material coal; a dryer(20) in which plural steam tubes are installed to heat and dry the raw material coal fed by the feeder; a first steam circulation pipe(30) for circulating and supplying steam of high temperature to the steam tubes; a carrier gas supply pipe(40) for supplying a carrier gas heated by high temperature condensation water condensed in the first steam circulation pipe into the dryer; a carrier gas heater(50) disposed on the carrier gas supply pipe; a moisture gauge(51) for sensing a moisture content of raw material coal fed through the feeder; and a controller(52) for controlling the carrier gas heater to control a temperature of the carrier gas supplied into the dryer according to the moisture content sensed by the moisture gauge. |
