In a cleaning section (3), a plurality of water soluble strings (4) are provided. Each string (4) is composed of pulp fibers, rayon fibers and the like, and is formed by preparing a fiber-interlaced non-woven fabric through the interlacement of rayon fibers or the like by the water-jet treatment and then twisting the non-woven fabric.
