A sealing cap of an infusion solution pack is provided to prevent foreign material from contacting a sealing member of a sealing cap and prevent a patient from being infected through an injection needle inserted in the sealing member. The sealing cap of a infusion solution pack includes a body(120), a sealing member(130), a first cover member(140) and a second cover member(150). The body(120) is coupled with the inlet of the infusion solution pack and has a hollow portion through which the infusion solution passes. A ring shaped protrusion portion(146) is formed in the outer circumference of the first cover member(140). A perforated portion(160) is connected through a ring shaped recess portion(162) hanging on the protrusion portion(146) on the lower end of the drum shape part of the second cover member(150) formed in the shape of enclosing the upper part of the sealing member and the circumference of the first cover member.
