Provided is a palette having a traction unit, rotatable casters, and a drag rod to improve efficiency of work by conveniently moving all sort of parts loaded on the palette to a workplace. A pair of front rotatable casters(1) is attached on a front lower surface of a palette. A pair of rear casters(1a) is attached on a rear lower portion of the palette for adjusting a moving direction by a fixing pin, and has a fixing groove formed on a bearing housing which is installed between an upper portion of a bracket supporting a wheel and a plate fixed to the lower surface of the palette. A traction rod is fixed to a front portion of the palette, has a traction groove formed on an upper portion thereof and a cable wire fixed to a lower portion thereof. A traction unit has a fixing pin holder supporting member.
