The mold clamping plate for injection molding machine in which a body structure (5) passes approximately tangential to disk center and transfers clamping force to a rectangular inner plate (3). Clamping force is introduced on the outer plate by cross beams. The body structure is attached with recesses at the crossbeam regions of the injection-molding machine and ends with radial distance of the corners of the plate. The inner plate is equipped with a reinforcing ring, which is connected with the body structure by ribs. The inner plate exhibits indentation within the crossbeam near area.
