A cooling tower has a chamber for supply of waste steam outside the condenser of turbine inside which evaporation sections of bundle of heat pipes are placed, those are arranged as straight circular cylinder with axis normal to the axes of heat pipes, condensation sections of those are placed in the chamber of heat exchange with environment separated from the chamber for waste steam supply with pipe plate, this is at the side of the cylinder side surface connected to atmospheric air and connected to exhaust pipe, where fan is installed, with transition air dust in which pipe grid is mounted, there the ends of the condensation sections of heat pipes are fixed. The lower section of the chamberof waste steam supply is connected to the working volume of condenser of turbine, its heat exchanger is connected to sprinkling unit of arranged separately chamber of evaporation cooling equipped with a nozzle placed under the sprinkling unit, a fan in the upper part of that chamber, this is installed in exhaust pipe connected to the chamber of evaporation cooling with transition air duct, and storage basin, at that the last one is connected by pipeline to heat exchanger of condenser of the turbine.
