A plasma display device and a power supply device of a plasma display panel are provided to prevent a driving circuit from being burned by executing power-off sequence by detecting that an AC(Alternating Current) power source is turned off by a DC(Direct Current) voltage control unit. A plasma display device includes a panel unit having address electrodes and first and second electrodes arranged across the address electrodes; a power supply unit(100) supplying power; a driving unit driving the panel unit by using current and voltage supplied from the power supply unit; and a logic unit outputting a signal for controlling the driving unit. The power supply unit comprises a transformer(TX) outputting voltage according to the current flowing in a second side correspondingly to the current flowing in a first side; a switch controlling the amount of current flowing in the first side of the transformer; a controller(120) regulating duty ratio of the switch; a feedback unit having a photo coupler(PC) comprising a photodiode flowing the current corresponding to the output voltage of the second side of the transformer and a photo transistor of which a first stage is electrically connected to the controller, and feeding back the output voltage of the second side of the transformer through the photo coupler; and a feedback voltage control unit(110) connected to the contact point between the controller and the photo transistor to control voltage input to the controller by regulating the voltage of the first stage of the transistor.
