摘要 Provided is ethylene vinyl acetate-based foam, which satisfies low hardness simultaneously with excellent injection moldability, has a low specific gravity and improved bio-affinity, is eco-friendly, and is useful for health care or medical articles. The injection molded ethylene vinyl acetate foam comprises a composition using a resin blend containing 50-90 parts by weight of an ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) resin and 10-50 parts by weight of an ethylene methyl acrylate(EMA) resin, as a base resin, and has a hardness of 15-18 and a specific gravity of 0.16-0.18. The composition optionally further comprises silver nanoparticles and/or green tea extract. The foam is prepared by kneading the composition at 80-120 deg.C, and masticating, pelletizing and foaming the kneaded composition.
