The method for the surgical treatment of the cystic transformation of the common bile duct comprises the removal of the cyst with the common bile duct, the sewing of its stump in the duodenal wall, the mobilization of the jejunum, the dissection of the jejunum, the passage of the efferent end through the window in the mesocolon, its sewing with the liver duct, and the application of intestinal anastomosis. In the efferent loop in the area of intestinal anastomosis the site where the afferent loop is approaching is deserosised. The sero-serous sutures are applied in the perimeter of the site between afferent and efferent loops of the jejunum.
