A combined sponge cake comprises soaked sponge cake portions, light base, cream layer and ornamental layer of the upper and lateral surface. The cake additionally contains second soaked sponge cake portion, additional cream layer and two additional ornamental layers. The layer of a mix of butter and egg-white cream with fresh and preserved fruits or berries, light nut base and layer of mix of butter and egg-white cream with fresh and preserved fruits and berries are putted in sequence between sponge pie shells wetted with sugar coffee syrup. First ornamental layer contains the mix of butter and egg-white cream, second layer contains egg-white cream and third layer contains chocolate frosting. The lateral cake surface is coated with peanut, and upper surface is coated with chocolate crumb and butter cream.
