The instrument for the surgical treatment of the acute hematogenous osteomyelitis contains the needle with the pointed cone in the distal end with the lateral perforation. The instrument also contains the drill, the protective sheath for the drill, the fixator of the length of the drill, and the mandrin-guide for the needle. The drill is designed as the round rod with the sharpened bore in the end. The protective sheath for the drill is made of the metallic ring with the central hole connected to the tube. The diameter of the hole exceeds that of the drill. The fixator of the length of the drill represents the round metallic plate with the central opening for the drill. The lateral groove in the side surface of the plate is intended for fastening the drill.
