The method for treating the shallow oral vestibule comprises the complex of the clinical and diagnostic examination, the surgical correction of the shallow oral vestibule after the anesthesia, the use of the drugs, and the use of the combined orthodontic device for deepening the vestibule. In addition, prior to the surgery the biopsy of the mucosa in the gingival area is taken for the analysis of the proliferative activity of the fibroblasts. After the surgery, the wound surface is irrigated from the syringe with Cyclophosphamide solution with Neohemodesum. After the arrest of the bleeding, the gauze turunda soaked in Solcoseril and Cyclophosphamide solutions is applied throughout the wound surface. The upper part of the turunda facing the teeth is soaked in Solcoseril, while its lower part facing the wound surface is soaked in Cyclophosphamide. The combined orthodontic device for deepening the vestibule is put onto the turunda. The postoperative dressings are performed every day for two weeks. Finally, the biopsy of the mucosa in the gingival area is taken again for the analysis of the proliferative activity of the fibroblasts after the treatment.
