A technological process to diagnose the fan-leaf virus by means of the polymerase chain reaction with a reverse transcription consists in that a vegetative material is homogenized in an extraction carbonate buffer, the suspension formed is added to an extraction glycine buffer, the mixture is heated, the samples are kept on ice, they are analyzed by means of a test kit. The annealing operation at DNA amplification is carried out at a higher temperature, which equals to 61 DEGREE C, and a concentration of magnesium sulfate is reduced to 1.3 mM.
