An oil level sensor is provided to preclude the unnecessary consumption of the battery power and improve the reliability of a user by preventing the malfunction of the oil warning apparatus according as floaters are electrically connected by the spring. An oil level sensor is composed of a pair of guide bars(130) arranged with conductors connected to the power with a predetermined height and inclined to the opposite direction with a predetermined angle; and a pair of floaters(140) mounted at the pair of the guide bars, independently slid, and arranged with other conductors to be communicated when contacted with the conductors of the guide bar. The conductors arranged at the floaters are electrically connected. The pair of floaters are electrically connected by a spring(150).
