A pallet with a clamp structure is provided to clamp and unclamp simultaneously both sides of a product by using a connecting rod between both clamps. A pallet is transferred along a conveyer line. The pallet includes a transfer table, a driving clamp, a following clamp. The transfer table(1) is formed like a plate type structure. The driving clamp(10) is installed at one side of the transfer table in order to clamp one side of a predetermined product. The following clamp(20) is installed at the other side of the transfer table in order to clamp the other side of the predetermined product. A connecting rod(8) is used for connecting the driving clamp with the following clamp. The following clamp is driven by the connecting rod connected with the driving clamp.
