A magnetic refrigerator is provided to simplify the structure by separating/circulating a cycle of a heat conducting fluid into a high temperature unit and a low temperature unit, to thereby improve heat efficiency, and to control the amount of the heat conducting fluid. A magnetic refrigerator consists of plural magnetic heat-exchanging units including a magnetic heating material passing a heat conducting fluid; a rotary plate(118) having the magnetic heat-exchanging units at predetermined intervals along the circumference; a magnet(140) disposed between the rotary plates to increase temperature by allowing the magnetic field in passing the magnetic heat-exchanging unit; a hot heat-exchanging member disposed at a high-temperature side(113a) of the magnetic heat-exchanging unit; and a cool heat-exchanging member disposed at a low-temperature side(113b) of the magnetic heat-exchanging unit. The heat conducting fluid is divided into a first heat conducting fluid circulated at the hot heat-exchanging member; and a second heat conducting fluid circulated at the cool heat-exchanging member.
