A heat-pump type cooling/heating device is provided to generate hot water by operating a heat pump even when the heat pump is not operated due to no heating/cooling load and to heat water to a preset temperature by installing two pumps at a heat exchanger. A heat-pump type cooling/heating device consists of a circulation system(100) formed with a compressor(175), a first heat exchanger(110), an expansion valve(151), a second heat exchanger(120), and a third heat exchanger(130) to circulate coolant; an underground water circulation pipe(200) installed with a first pump(P1) to circulate underground water exchanging heat with coolant at the first heat exchanger; a first heat-exchanging water circulation pipe(300) installed with a second pump(P2) to circulate first heat-exchanging water which exchanges heat with coolant at the second heat exchanger to cool/heat a room; and a second heat-exchanging water circulation pipe(400) installed with a third pump(P3) and a fourth pump(P4) to circulate second heat-exchanging water by exchanging heat with coolant at the third heat exchanger to produce hot water.
