A cleaning apparatus of a pad for repairing and maintaining a vehicle is provided to wash the pad and rinse out by turning the pad in contacting the pad to a bellows tube and a roller of a washing container and supplying water to the bellows tube. A pad cleaning apparatus includes a washing container(10) having a space for washing a pad for repairing a vehicle, a bellows tube(20) horizontally fixed in the washing container and provided with plural injection holes for injecting water into the washing container, a water tank(50) storing water supplied to the bellows tube and connecting to a connecting hose(40) coupled to the bellows tube, a shutoff valve(42) installed in a water supply line including the connecting hose connecting the bellows tube to the water tank to shut off water supplied from the water tank to the bellows tube, and plural rollers arranged in parallel with a side of the bellows tube and axially installed in the washing container. The pad is turned electrically, contacted to the bellows tube and the roller and cleaned by injecting water from the injection holes of the bellows tube. The bellows tube is bent, and a bent center and both ends are fastened at both sides of the washing container to place the rollers in the bellows tube.
