A landscape vegetation fence structure of a building or a building district is provide to protect or show an area from the outside by installing the structure around an apartment house and to garden ecologically with the landscape vegetation fence. A landscape vegetation fence structure of a building or a building district comprises main fixing bodies(100) installed on the ground surface at regular intervals around an apartment house and formed with a circular insertion groove(130) in the middle of the upper surface and a pair of combining pieces(120) at both sides like a reverse-L type as a concrete block shaped as a rectangular brick; a strut(300) formed like a spring inserted of a lower end into the insertion groove formed on the upper surface of the main fixing body and erected on the ground surface; a vegetation box(200) formed like a rectangular brick having certain length and height and formed with a T-type combining protrusion(220) on both ends to be combined with the combining piece of the main fixing body and a vegetation groove(210) on the upper surface; and a landscape vegetation fence member(400) formed with two horizontal rods(410) contacted with the combining pieces on both ends and a vertical rod(420) vertically contacted with the vertical rods on both ends to be fixed with the strut and the combining piece at both sides of the horizontal rods by a bolt(500) so as to be installed between the struts.
