METHOD OF AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING ARTIFICIAL GAS MIXTURE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE OPERATING AT RECIRCULATION OF EXHAUST GASES

FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to invention, method for producing artificial gas mixture for internal combustion engines operating at recirculation of exhaust gases includes removal of exhaust gases from engine, two-stage cleaning of exhaust gases from admixtures by wet cleaning and subsequent removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous enrichment with oxygen. Exhaust gases are cooled and subjected to wet cleaning in full volume and then are divided into two flows of regulated volume. One of flows is additionally cooled and dried with provision of its contacts heat exchange with liquid oxygen for getting gaseous oxygen and freezing out fractions of water and carbon dioxide. Then hard fractions of water and carbon dioxide are separated and removed. Gas mixture thus obtained, cooled and enriched with oxygen is combined with other flow of cooled and dried exhaust gases with production of cooled artificial gas mixture which is additionally heated before delivery into internal combustion engine. ^ EFFECT: provision of effective regulation of composition and temperature of artificial gas mixture delivery into engine with control of delivery depending of load of engine. ^ 16 cl, 1 dwg
