An emergency lamp unit(160) includes an LCD device for displaying an earthquake intensity value and outputs a lamp signal for indicating that the earthquake occurs. A button input unit(170) is connected with the microprocessor in order to receive a setting value or control a frequency. A memory unit(180) is connected with the microprocessor in order to store the setting value and the earthquake intensity value.
