FIELD: nonwoven laminated materials used for manufacture of sewing articles, sleeping bags, bedding accessories and furniture, and also machines for manufacture of said materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: machine for producing of homogeneous laminated flat tubular structure having skew overlapping of layers of twisted continuous fibers comprises feeding device for feeding of one or more twisted continuous fibers. Feeding device comprises one or plurality of containers being under predetermined constant tension and moving at constant speed of winding around apparatus for forming of sheet wadding structure. Apparatus for forming of sheet wadding structure has two groups of conveyors equipped with pins, wherein each of said conveyors consists of two individual identical conveyors movable at lower speed in feeding zone arranged in upper section of apparatus for forming of sheet wadding structure, and conveyors movable at higher speed and located at dissipation zone in lower section of said apparatus. Width of conveyor in dissipation zone exceeds width of conveyor in feeding zone. Wheels with pins are located between conveyors in feeding zone and conveyors in dissipation zone, continuously movable downward from upper to lower level of apparatus for forming of sheet wadding structure, with dissipation coefficient being within the range of from 1:2 to 1:20. Such construction of machine enables feeding of said structure to conveyor with stable sizes of flat tubular laminated structure having skew overlapping of layers. ^ EFFECT: provision for producing of elastic, soft and thick structure with improved thermal properties. ^ 20 cl, 23 dwg, 3 ex |
