<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector with reduced size, and the slider unit and a card connector with reduced cost which are easy to assemble. <P>SOLUTION: The card connector is composed of a slider 4 arranged in a housing 3 so as to be able to move along card insertion direction, and its position can be switched from a first position to a second position located farther from an opening than the first position by a hart cam mechanism 10; a coil spring 13 energizing the slider in card insertion direction; a contact part 23 integrated with the slider 4, enabled to contact an insertion direction side of the card 2; and a pipe 12 arranged on the slider 4, inserted into the coil spring 13 and holding it. The diameter of both ends of the pipe 12 protruded from the coil spring 13 are formed into diameter enlarging parts 12a, 12b having a diameter larger than that of middle part passing through the coil spring 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
