A current driving circuit is provided to reduce the rate of changed bias voltage and to repress the deviation of driving current even if the input voltage of a first transistor is changed, by setting the bias voltage at high level. A current driving circuit includes a bias voltage generating unit(10) generating bias voltage(VB) for forming predetermined reference current, on the basis of reference voltage(VEL) and plural constant current driving units(20An) outputting the driving current proportional to the reference current on the basis of the bias voltage. Each constant current driving unit comprises a first conductive transistor of which the conductive state is controlled by the bias voltage, connected between first power potential and a first node; a second conductive transistor of which the conductive state is controlled by the potential of the first node, connected between second power potential and the first node; and a third transistor connected between a current output terminal and the second power potential to form a current mirror circuit for the second transistor.
