<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reusable packing box capable of extending depending on the size of an article to be packed. <P>SOLUTION: The packing box 1 consists of a bottom case 2 and a top case 3. The bottom case 2 has its upper end opened and has outward flaps 5 provided along the periphery of the opening 4. The top case 3 has its upper and lower ends opened, has an open/close lid 7 attached to the upper end opening 6, and has inward flaps 9 along the periphery of the lower end opening 8. The top case 3 is pulled up while fitted over the bottom case 2, and the flaps 5 of the bottom case 2 and the flaps 9 of the top case 3 are engaged with each other to prevent them from coming off.
