<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution system including advantages of both pull-type distribution and push-type distribution. <P>SOLUTION: The data distribution system comprises: a communication relaying apparatus group T1000 including a plurality of communication relaying apparatuses T1110 or the like each provided with a storage device T1120 or the like for temporarily storing transmission reception data; and a plurality of terminals T2100 or the like. When the terminal T2100 acts like a server and distributes data to the other terminal, the terminal T2100 distributes data to the communication relaying apparatuses T1110 or the like in a push type and thereafter informs one or more of the other terminals about an identifier of the distributed data through the communication relaying apparatus group T1000 in multicast way.
