<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe structure, its manufacturing method and a handrail using the pipe structure, for easily forming the pipe structure having a required shape at a job site. <P>SOLUTION: This handrail T has the pipe structure 1 and a fixing metal fitting 2 being a fixture for fixing the pipe structure 1. The respective fixing metal fittings 2 are arranged in a plurality in a predetermined place so that the pipe structure 1 can be fixed to a surface of a wall surface in a state of running along an inclination of stairs. The pipe structure 1 has a deformable pipe body 10 having the required length. A core material 11 is penetratingly arranged inside the pipe body 10, and mortar 12 is also filled and solidified so as to embed the core material 11.
