PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of a difference in output levels of electric signals outputted from each separation signal processing substrate to detection signals at the same level. SOLUTION: The separation signal processing substrates 5a, 5b are separately arranged on one side of a detection substrate 1 for detecting X-rays, electric charge information obtained from the detection substrate 1 is processed to output the electric signals. Connectors 7a, 8a, 9a, connectors 7b, 8b, 9b are provided at edges of the separation signal processing substrates 5a, 5b, respectively and connected via electric wiring 10, 11 and 12. Thus, a potential difference is adjusted between the separation signal processing substrate 5a and 5b. Thus, the generation of a difference in the output levels of the electric signals outputted by each of the separation signal processing substrates 5a, 5b to the detection signals at the same level is suppressed.
