<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered product having such a structure that has an another part in a space between two parts, although high precision is required in window width between the two parts. <P>SOLUTION: This sintered product has a first part in which a column is erected on a bottom board, a second part brazed to the column of the first part, and a third part brazed to the column of the first part and opposing to the bottom board across the second part therebetween. This sintered product has the first part in which a plurality of columns provided with a step whose cross sectional area on a tip side becomes narrow are erected on the bottom board, the second part being parallel with the bottom board of the first part, passing through each column of the first part, and brazed to a face of the step provided on each column, and the third part being parallel with the bottom board of the first part and brazed to a tip face of each column of the first part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
