PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that can prevent unauthorized use and easily communicate an attempt at unauthorized use to the owner. SOLUTION: For security enhancement, when the electronically lockable electronic apparatus is locked, release data is selected from a plurality of electronic lock release data. If any unselected release data is used to release an electronic lock, an alarm is output from the electronic apparatus. If the electronic apparatus has a communication means, the attempt to release the electronic lock with any unselected release data is notified to a telephone number or mail address registered in advance.
