PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling workability of a sensor unit 45 by adopting the construction of screwing, joining and fixing the sensor unit 45 to a cover 18a to secure sufficient sealing performance at a screwed and joined portion for a long period. SOLUTION: A body 34 of the cover 18a is formed of a synthetic resin, and a through-hole 44 and a second through-hole 56 are provided in a bottom plate portion 43 of the body 34 and a non-circular recessed portion 57 is provided in the opening peripheral edge at one end of the second through-hole 56. A head portion of a bolt 58 which is inserted through the second through-hole 56 and a third though-hole 62 of the sensor unit 45 is prevented from rotating with its outer peripheral face engaging with the inner peripheral face of the recessed portion 57. An O-ring 61 mounted in a locking groove 60 provided in the inner face of the recessed portion 57 elastically abuts on the head portion of the bolt 58 throughout its periphery for sealing between the bolt 58 and the bottom plate portion 43.
