PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency opening device of a fast shutter capable of surely opening a shutter curtain in the case of emergency and opening an open section by quickly raising the shutter curtain as soon as possible. SOLUTION: The emergency opening device of the fast shutter includes a driving means equipped with a high speed motor and a low speed motor, an emergency power unit, an emergency open switch generating an open signal, a dead-line detection means detecting whether or not there is a power interruption of a commercial power source and a control section raising the shutter curtain at a low speed only by the low speed motor by making use of an emergency power source in the case of the service interruption and raising the shutter curtain at a high speed by the high speed motor by making use of the commercial power source.
