PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of cushion effect at a time of clutch engagement in an adhesion fixing type clutch disk. SOLUTION: A clutch disk 32 is provided with annular first and second friction facing 33, 34 for friction engagement with an input rotor arranged to oppose each other in an axial direction, a plurality of first cushion plate 35 elastically deformably provided between the first and the second friction facing 33, 34 and fixed on only the first friction facing 33 by adhesive, and a plurality of second cushioning plate 36 elastically deformably provided between the first and the second friction facing 33, 34 and fixed on only the second friction facing 34 by adhesive.
