Provided is a plate type fuel cell system, which prevents hydrogen-containing fuel from flowing between two adjacent anodes, improves the stability of a stack, and shows improved power generation efficiency. The plate type fuel cell system comprises: an electricity generating unit(210) including an electrode-membrane assembly(212) having a plurality of anodes, cathodes and proton exchange membranes; an anode separator(214) facing to the anode and having a groove for supplying hydrogen-containing fuel; a cathode separator(216) facing to the cathode and having an air flowing hole; a fuel distribution member(230) for distributing the fuel to each anode, which has a receiving portion defined in such a manner that the anode separator is received by ribs; an end frame(240) having a portion in which the cathode separator is lodged; and a gasket(220) provided in the ribs of the fuel distribution member. |
