A boiler using combustion energy of a brown gas is provided to produce the hot water and steam by changing the cold into the heat energy by installing plural energy conversion media. A boiler using combustion energy of a brown gas is composed of plural energy conversion media(23,24,33,34) made of a ceramic material without oxidation at the hot heating and formed like a sphere, a polyhedron, or a cylinder; a housing(21) where brown gas combustion blame inlet devices are placed at the lower part to place one of the plural energy conversion media in a non-closure type, and jackets(22,32) are formed at the side wall of at least one side with a water inlet(25) and a steam outlet(35) to receive water; and brown gas combustion burners(11,12) installed at a place where the center point of the brown gas combustion flame contacts the lower part of the large energy conversion medium placed on the brown gas combustion flame inlet device in the non-closure type and the end point of the brown gas combustion flame is separated from the energy conversion medium placed on the brown gas combustion flame inlet device in the non-closure type with a distance corresponding to about 1/2 of the length.
