<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health exercise prescription system capable of being easily used even by a beginner or an aged person by showing exercise (recommendatory exercise) to be performed by a user by illustration. <P>SOLUTION: This health exercise prescription system has processes: for inputting at least physical data of the user, favorite exercise of the user, and a purpose of the exercise of the user; for deciding exercise intensity suitable for the user from the physical data, and determining the recommendatory exercise suitable for the exercise intensity of the exercise included in the favorite exercise and suitable for the purpose of the exercise; and for printing a document including the illustration of the recommendatory exercise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
