PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a speaker etc., to a floor part of a vehicle or a member, which can constitute the floor part, such as a back door. SOLUTION: This structure for attaching the on-vehicle speaker is formed in a container shape having an opening portion, and has a housing 30 whose bottom plate functions as a baffle plate for fixing the speaker 40 and a speaker grill 20 which is a cover member closing the opening portion of the housing 30 and has many sound radiation holes 26, the speaker 40 and housing 30 are embedded in the floor part of the vehicle or the member capable of constituting the floor part, and the speaker grill 20 has strength nearly as large as that of the floor material to be used as a portion of the floor part.
