PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method capable of easily assembling an accurate lathing framework at site in a short time without relying on working in plant when the lathing framework is structured. SOLUTION: Metal fixing plates for framework members as studs with a width equal to the width of the framework members such as the studs having support pieces for fixing frameworks such as studs at specified intervals are disposed at the upper and lower ends of a backing material (frameworks such as studs), firmly fitted between a pair of fixing support pieces of the fixing plates for frameworks such as studs, an firmly joined to each other with nails or screws. Since the fixing plates for frameworks such as studs mounted at the upper and lower ends are of the same dimensions, they can be firmly joined to each other with nails or screws without marking its arrangement intervals beforehand. Accordingly, the accurate lathing framework can be assembled without requiring skill. Furthermore, since the length of the frameworks such as studs is constant, any special working is not required, and commercial materials can be used for the lathing frameworks.
