PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a corrugated steel sheet web beam capable of completely preventing a deposited concrete from leaking through a clearance between the side face of a corrugated steel sheet and a sheathing board and capable of increasing productivity by eliminating such an operation that the sheathing board is machined according to the corrugated shape of the corrugated steel sheet at site. SOLUTION: When a concrete form 50 formed by fitting a damping material 60 constrained on its upper and lower surfaces and its one side face and compressed to a mounting part 511 is assembled, the damping material 60 is fitted to the side face of the corrugated steel sheet 10.
