PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally perform a series of operations when an exterior wall is constituted on a skeleton by using various types of implements. SOLUTION: In this construction method, a first implement A is inserted into a plurality of anchor bolts 6 which are pre-embedded in a foundation; a reference line 4 for positioning a foundation bearer 7 for placing an exterior wall panel 10 is laid out on the top surface of the foundation; a corner panel 11 is mounted on a column 2 at a projected corner part by using a second implement B; a ruler fitting 24, which abuts on a back surface 10a of an upper part of the exterior wall panel 10, is temporarily fixed to a beam 23; a third implement C is attached to the ruler fitting by a suction force; a leveling string 20 is stretched on the basis of a surface 11a of the corner panel 11 which is mounted on the column 12; the ruler fitting 24 is fixed to the beam by joining reference groove 22a of a third implement C; and the exterior wall panel 10 is mounted by being placed on the foundation bearer 7 and making the upper back surface 10a abut on the ruler fitting 24.
