PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of precise resistance welding, which apparatus can carry out a precise resistance welding operation by improving the followability of an electrode to a recessed surface of a workpiece in welding. SOLUTION: The apparatus of precise resistance welding comprises a fixed electrode 4 and a movable electrode 1 which is arranged so as to reciprocate in the directions to approach to or separate from a workpiece W and welds the workpiece W by gripping the workpiece W so as to come into pressure contact with the movable electrode 1 and the fixed electrode 4, wherein an elastic means 2 is provided so as to elastically energize the movable electrode 1 toward the workpiece W, and further the elastic means 2 has two magnets 3, 3 which are repelling each other.
