摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mode transition control unit of a hybrid car for surely preventing the generation of the omission of a driving force including the case that a motor generation torque is limited in mode transition from a fixed change gear ratio mode to a continuously change gear ratio mode. <P>SOLUTION: This hybrid card is provided with an engine E and at least two motor generators MG1 and MG2 as a power source and a driving force compounding transmission having a differential device to which the engine E and the motor generators MG1 an MG2 and a driving output member are connected. This hybrid car is provided with a mode transition control means for correcting the torque of any torque generation means other than the motor generators connected to rotary elements fixed by a brake so that the transmission torque of the brake can be set to be a motor output enabling torque or less in a "fixed change gear ratio mode" in the mode transition from the "fixed change gear ratio mode" to the "continuously change gear ratio mode" (step S406), and for separating the brake after the torque of the motor generators connected to the rotary elements fixed by the brake is started, and for executing mode transition to the "continuously change gear ratio mode". <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
