PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic vibrating diaphragm-pump which is compact in structure and easily assembled, but nevertheless attains a high discharge pressure. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic vibrating diaphragm-pump comprises in a frame at least one electromagnet having no paired coil, a plurality of vibrators holding permanent magnets, and pump casings provided by means of diaphragms connected respectively to both ends of the vibrators. The magnetic path comprises a nearly C-type iron-core and an I-type iron-core, and the I-type iron-core is placed between the opposed faces of the almost C-type iron-core. Windings are wound around on both ends of the C-type iron-core and on the I-type iron-core to provide a first and a second electromagnets, and a center electromagnet. Vibrators are each movably provided between the I-type iron-core and the nearly C-type iron-core. Both ends of the vibrator are connected respectively to the diaphragms. A gas-passage tank part provided above the pump casing is allowed to communicate through an intake nozzle and a discharge nozzle with the pump-casing part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
