PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force controller for a vehicle suppressing the sense of incongruity of a driver produced by a difference in acceleration performance between shift stages for destination after the control of a transmission when at least the transmission is controlled according to the traveling state and the traveling environment of the vehicle. SOLUTION: In this driving force controller for the vehicle controlling at least the transmission according to at least either of the traveling state and the traveling environment of the vehicle, an electronic throttle is controlled according to the shift stage or a reduction gear ratio after the transmission is controlled (step S70). The electronic throttle is controlled so that a variation in output torque of the vehicle according to the shift stage or the reduction gear ratio is reduced after the transmission is controlled.
