Provided are a method for driving peripheral devices of a fuel cell, which prevents an electricity storing system for supplying driving power to the peripheral devices from being damaged upon the operation of a fuel cell system, and ensures the lifespan and stability of the peripheral devices, and a fuel cell system using the same. The fuel cell system(100) comprises: peripheral devices including an oxidant supplying unit(112) for supplying an oxidant to a fuel cell body(110) generating electricity via electrochemical reactions between mixed fuel and the oxidant, a fuel supplying unit(114) for supplying high-concentration fuel to a mixing tank(120) for storing unreacted fuel and water collected in the fluid discharged from the fuel cell, and a fuel injection unit(115) for supplying the mixed fuel to the fuel cell body; an electricity storing system electrically connected to the peripheral devices; and a control system(150) for driving the peripheral devices sequentially by using the electric energy stored in the electricity storing system according to a preliminarily stored driving order. |
