METHOD FOR PRODUCING A THERMOPLASTIC PLASTIC FILM, FILM AND USE THEREOF

The equipment: has an extruding nozzle (10) with an opening slot and an inert gas set-up point; and is placed between the extruder and the nozzle that has a melt pump. A multi layer coating of nickel, fluorine, chromium nitride, titanium cyanide, titanium carbide, titanium aluminum nitride or diamond like carbon, is located inside the nozzle lip for minimizing friction. The nozzle with actuators (70) connected on a control loop is used for adjusting distance between the opening of the nozzle and surface of the chill roll (+- 50 mu m). The chill roll (30) rolling (+- 10 mu m) in a system (50) is firmly connected with the extrusion nozzle. The internal surface of the nozzle lip is chemically or metallurgically changeable. An independent claim is included for a thermoplastic plastic foil.
