<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital-analog conversion circuit capable of obtaining a voltage output with high accuracy even if the voltage difference between two voltages becomes large. <P>SOLUTION: The digital-analog conversion circuit includes a reference voltage generation circuit 100 for outputting a plurality of reference voltages having different voltages, a data input control circuit 300 for controlling to output one of an odd-numbered bit and an even-numbered bit among a plurality of bits of input digital data signals according to a control signal, and subsequently output the other odd-numbered bit or even-numbered bit, a decoder 200 for successively selecting first and second voltages including duplication according to the output signal from the data input control circuit among the plurality of reference voltages outputted from the reference voltage generation circuit, and outputting the selected first and second voltage successively to one terminal, and an operation amplification circuit 500 for outputting from an output terminal an output voltage obtained by externally dividing the first and the second voltages at a predetermined external division ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
