PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which affords a low cost manufacturing of optionally formed members, especially those having a rear cut segment or a trenched cross sectional shape. SOLUTION: A device 1 for manufacturing formed members made of a plasticizable material, which is equipped with an injection head 2 capable of supplying a plasticized material to a calendar 3, wherein the calendar 3 is equipped with a fixing section attached to a roller 5 for fixing the roller 5 on its working position. The working position bearing the roller 5 is particularly suited for a cross sectional shape, which the formed member is substantially formed into or which is plane parallel. The device 1 enables a second functional state, since the device 1 can manufacture almost optionally formed members, especially those of cross sectional shapes having rear cutting or narrow sections, at low cost. Under such state, the plasticized material arrives at a roller clearance defined by the roller 4 and an injection frame, since the roller 5 shifts to a position of rest and the injection frame bearing a formed material for injection is fixed to the working position by the fixing section.
