PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator, in which the size and weight are reduced by cantilevering a motor shaft to be supported only on the gear case side, cost is reduced by simplifying the attachment structure, and damage on a worm wheel, and the like, is prevented. SOLUTION: A motor case 3 constituting a motor body 2 to which a stator 4 is fixed, and a gear case 16 for containing a worm wheel 15 constituting a reduction mechanism A, while pivoting are separably attached to the inner circumferential surface of the electric actuator 1, such that they oppose a rotor 7 press fitted to the proximal end 8a side of a motor shaft 8 in the radial direction, and a worm section 8c meshing the worm wheel 15 is formed on the distal end 8b side of the motor shaft 8 extended from the inside of the motor case 3 into the gear case 16 through a shaft hole 17, so that the motor shaft 8 is supported rotatably only at the opposite ends of the worm section 8c in the gear case 16.
