PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading machine realizing reduction in size and cost by sharing a driving device used for reversing a mixing tank with a driving device for rotor rotation. SOLUTION: In the kneading machine 1 which is provided with the mixing tank 3 and twin rotors 2, 2 arranged in parallel to knead the kneading materials stored in the mixing tank 3 and which has a mechanism to discharge a kneaded product by reversing the mixing tank 3 by a mixing tank reversing mechanism 4 about one of the rotor shaft 21, a transmission mechanism 5 to transmit the rotation force of the rotor shaft 21 to the mixing tank reversing mechanism 4 is provided.
